Fee for Copy of Land Registry Entry – If you own any properties we will need to verify your ownership of the property and get a copy of the Land Registry entry or see the unregistered deeds. The cost will be £7 pr property based on the current Land Registry fees and an additional £7 if we need to see the plan.
