Lasting Powers of Attorney Prices 2023/2024
There are two types of Lasting Powers of Attorney. One is for your Property and Financial Affairs which means that your Attorney can make decisions about your estate on your behalf.
The second type is for your Health and Welfare, this is where your Attorney can give or refuse your Attorney the right to make decisions relating to life sustaining treatment on your behalf or make decisions surrounding care you may need.
